- [T] Chocolates contain antioxidants that could prevent heart diseases and cancer. New research indicates that dark chocolate has 4 times more antioxidants than tea. Dark chocolate has 53.5mg of catechins per 100g, milk chocolate contains 15.9mg per 100 g, and black tea only has 13.9mg per 100ml.
